The Red Vice, Chronicle I of X-Hale, is currently being prepared for publication. X-Hale first took form through live and filmed cosplay under The Maxx Experience, with the larger universe gradually blossoming around those early characters and stories. Now, for the first time, its long-envisioned narrative is making the transition into a published series.
What Comes Next
X-Hale was conceived in 2021 with a much larger story waiting to unfold. Chronicle I, The Red Vice, will serve as the launch of that ongoing series and the opening chapter to the linear works that have been envisioned from the beginning.
Beyond the Chronicles, X-Hale Universe will house the expanding world around them, including character deep dives, lore, origin stories, artwork, original music, visual media, the interactive X-Hale E-Magazine, and other companion works.
With Chronicle I approaching publication, those long-planned pieces can finally begin taking their place within the larger X-Hale Universe.
